This is a handheld digital anemometer capable of measuring wind speed, temperature, and air volume.
The thermal (heat) anemometer NS-WT series has a sensor section that is constantly heated to a constant temperature, and when cooled by airflow, the temperature is maintained by a protective circuit. The overheating current during this process is proportional to the airflow velocity (wind speed). The temperature is measured by a thermistor sensor.
