A system that accurately records wind speed, capable of measuring up to a maximum wind speed of 44.7 m/s.

The Wind-101A is an all-weather data logger with a protective case, equipped with a three-cup anemometer sensor and assembled with cables. The wiring between the data logger and the anemometer sensor is pre-done, allowing for immediate use. The data logger has a large memory capacity of 500,000, which can accommodate continuous wind speed measurements for over 11 days with measurements taken once per minute. The measurement interval can be freely set between once every second and once every 24 hours. The Wind-101A comes as a set that includes the data logger (in an all-weather protective case), a three-cup anemometer sensor, cables, analysis software, and a USB cable. The mounting pipe for the anemometer sensor is not included.

Cup Anemometer Small Cup Type Pulse Anemometer 260-SP

This is a wind speed meter with an alarm, composed of a small cup-type pulse transmitter and an analog indicator receiver, capable of measuring wind speeds from light breezes to strong winds.

The emission unit of the small cup-type pulse anemometer 260-SP converts the opening of the wind cups into a series of electrical pulse signals using a light sensor, and this signal is superimposed on the power supply and transmitted to the receiving unit. The receiving unit receives this signal and selects any measurement mode from instantaneous or average wind speed, conducting wind observations through support and wind speed alarm detection functions. It is ideal for use with mobile cranes and is excellent in terms of aging changes and the influence of surrounding temperatures, measuring wind speeds from low (1.0 m/s) to strong (40 m/s) with a track wind speed of 1.0 m/s. The power supply can be used with either a DC 12V or 24V battery.

[Digital Jellyfish Case Study] Utilization as Evidence Data

Submit evidence to the client for weather risk settlement type construction.

We would like to introduce the implementation results of the small wave height observation device "Digi-Jellyfish." It has been installed in locations strongly affected by seasonal winds and where there is a discrepancy between the wave heights reported by Nowcast and the actual site conditions. The utilization coefficient did not match the actual situation, and there were many days when work could not be carried out due to severe weather. Therefore, we introduced "Digi-Jellyfish" to submit the data observed with it as evidence to the construction client. With the introduction of Digi-Jellyfish, we were able to present evidence to the client showing the discrepancy between the local wave heights and those reported by Nowcast.

[Digital Jellyfish Case Study] Established unique wave height work standards and presented them to the client.

Observing wave heights in the site waters and presenting them to the client as evidence for the trial construction project with weather risk settlement.

We would like to introduce a case study of the small wave height observation device, "Digi-Jellyfish." The work takes place in an area that is easily affected by waves and swells flowing in between two offshore breakwaters. There are many days when work is difficult due to wave conditions, and to help the client understand this fact, we introduced "Digi-Jellyfish." The data from the offshore Naufas was not trusted due to low wave height values, so we installed "Digi-Jellyfish" at the work site. We independently analyzed the wave height observation data, established work standard values, and submitted a design change request to the client with the results as evidence, which was successfully accepted.
