China Electric Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. conducts metal surface treatment, including anodizing. The anodizing process known as "Kunimite processing" features a coating that is resistant to high temperatures, with a thickness of 50μm that does not develop cracks even after being heated at 500°C for 3 hours. Additionally, since the coating does not develop cracks even when heated above 500°C, it can be used for components that experience high temperatures. This processing is recommended for important parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and electronic components. Furthermore, in the Kunimite processing for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Kunimite is effective in reducing the amount of particles. Since semiconductor manufacturing equipment typically uses corrosive gases, cracks can occur due to thermal effects from plasma, leading to corrosion and the generation of particles. Because Kunimite does not develop cracks due to heat, particles do not form even after prolonged use in plasma etching equipment.
