Alumite products are created by immersing the target object in a sulfuric acid solution and applying electricity for a necessary duration (approximately 15 to 50 minutes) to grow the alumite coating. This results in a coating that has a porous surface and can be dyed. The surface possesses a very hard and scratch-resistant nature. Due to the transparent properties of the dye, it is easy to achieve a metallic luster, making it suitable for products that require a high-end feel. At the end of the process, a sealing treatment is performed for purposes such as stain resistance, completing the product.
