[Case Study] Prevention of Color Fading in Anodized Aluminum

We will introduce examples of preventing color fading and color unevenness through the application of pressure steam sealing.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved a problem through our anodizing process. When performing secondary anodizing (two-tone anodizing), there was a challenge from customers regarding color fading or lightening in the areas that had undergone primary anodizing. By applying pressure steam sealing to two-tone anodized products, we were able to prevent color fading and uneven coloring, resulting in a product that maintains its decorative quality.
