Activator (Pd alternative) DynaAct PB-830Z

Silver colloid activator

The Dainakuchi PB-830Z is a silver (Ag) colloid activator used as a catalyst additive for electroless copper plating on various plastics, coating resin films, fibers, and paper. It can be used as an alternative to traditional palladium catalysts, providing adhesion properties equivalent to those of palladium (Pd). Additionally, since there is no residual Pd smut, it prevents issues caused by overflow during subsequent electroless Ni to Au plating after copper plating.

Fuel efficiency tests conducted by Unified Corporation's Philippine branch using the "101iSaver."

[Experiment Report] It was found that heavy oil consumption was reduced by approximately 28 liters per hour. The fuel-saving device "101iSaver" achieves even greater feats!

This is a test of fuel consumption for heavy oil at the Philippine base of the renowned Taiwanese company, Uni-President Enterprises, using the fuel-saving device iSaver "GT-03" from 101 Environmentally Friendly Green Energy for ships and boilers. We measured and recorded the fuel consumption before and after installing the fuel-saving device "101iSaver GT-03" on the number 2 boiler used for instant noodle production. The results showed an average fuel consumption of 186.44ℓ/hr before installation and 158.59ℓ/hr after installation, indicating a fuel saving of approximately 28ℓ/hr (fuel saving rate of 14.93%). If operated continuously for 24 hours, this means that about 672ℓ of fuel can be saved. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
