Cleaning agent for molding machines (purging agent) "Asaclean" case study: T-die extrusion molding
A suitable solution for addressing issues such as fish eyes, gels, and scorch marks that are likely to occur in T-die extrusion for manufacturing film and sheets!
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asaclean," developed for cleaning resin molding machines. In the field of T-die extrusion molding, cleaning the ear part of the die (the end part) is difficult, and specific problems such as the occurrence of fish eyes and gels, as well as burning and scorching that are likely to occur when using barrier layers or recycled materials in the intermediate layer of sheets, frequently arise. Our product has many achievements even in such challenging molding environments. [Customer Feedback] ■ Since the contamination of foreign carbon substances is a problem, disassembly and cleaning of the screw is essential, but using Asaclean "new U-grade" resulted in a reduction of cleaning time by over 40%. We have decided to continue using it in the future. ■ We mold various grades of PE-based resins almost every day, changing the types and ratios of fillers. After each machine stop, we clean the T-die with Asaclean "U-grade" and then carry out disassembly and cleaning of the screw. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
