8-channel washer for semi-automatic microplates with manual valve switching. Switch between suction and discharge with a one-touch cock at your fingertips. Operation is currently being streamed via video on HP!
This is a handy cleaning device for the ELISA 96-well microplate based on our Immuno Nozzle 8A. It is reasonably priced at 160,000 yen, including a cleaning solution bottle, a waste liquid bottle, a nozzle, a manual valve, and a pump. The suction and discharge can be controlled with a single touch using a faucet at hand. The discharge and suction of the cleaning solution are automatically performed by a single pump. The only manual operation required when switching between cleaning solution discharge and suction is the valve switching. This means that during the discharge of the cleaning solution, it can be discharged row by row, and during the suction of the waste liquid, it can be continuously suctioned row by row.
The 8-channel nozzle is made of PEEK and has a diameter of 1.6mm, making it ideal for ELISA cleaning tasks such as the cleaning of magnetic beads, which have traditionally been cumbersome. The discharge and stop of the cleaning solution can be operated with just the thumb by opening and closing the faucet at hand, significantly simplifying the operation. By replacing the nozzle unit with a single-type nozzle, it can be applied to various exchanges and cleaning tasks such as media and Durabins. We are currently running a one-week free rental demo campaign, so please feel free to inquire.
