We will apply a thin film coating of fluororesin only on the surface! It is possible to impart chemical resistance and other properties.
The "Fluororesin Thin Film Treatment Coat" is a special processing technology that uses fluororesin as the main material to apply a thin film coat of fluororesin only on the surface without changing (degrading) the physical strength of the plastic.
Thin film coating can now be applied to most resins, including nylon, polyester, ABS, PP resin, styrene, urethane, fluorocarbon, as well as natural rubber and synthetic rubber, allowing for modification.
【Features】
- It is possible to impart properties such as chemical resistance, wear resistance, lubricity, weather resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, and water repellency characteristic of fluororesin.
- Suitable for friction prevention of rubber, various resins, and synthetic rubber.
- Ethylene fluoride is the main material.
- A thin film coat is applied to a depth of approximately 100 microns on the surface of resins and rubber.
