basic information
TT Coat, a pioneer in non-stick coatings, has been well-received in various fields for 20 years since its launch. It can be easily applied using brushes or rollers, just like regular paint, and unlike other lining materials, it does not require factory application or specialized workers, eliminating any hassle. It is ideal for preventing clogs in powder-related hoppers and chutes, particularly effective for slaked lime and fine coal. Its performance remains unchanged even in humid conditions. The standard color for general use is silver-gray for ES-2 rubber SR-S. E-3 enhances stability by integrating epoxy resin into ES-2. Its corrosion resistance against salt damage in coastal structures and in corrosive gas environments is unparalleled.
