The 'Groomaster' is a general term for our proprietary palletizing glue application device. By automatically applying water-soluble adhesive (glue) to cardboard, it prevents slipping in the horizontal direction. This significantly reduces the risk of load collapse due to vibrations and tilting during forklift transportation within the factory or during transport by truck, as well as the risk of damage from earthquakes to stored goods in the warehouse. Additionally, the adhesive strength in the vertical direction is weak, allowing for easy unpacking without generating waste such as stretch film, thus contributing to improved operational efficiency at delivery destinations and efforts to reduce environmental impact.
