Mini coloidator
The colloid mill consists of a high-speed rotating rotor and a fixed stator. The samples supplied from the upper hopper are micro-pulverized as they pass between the rotor and stator due to the powerful forces of impact, shear, compression, and friction, as well as cavitation effects from the high-speed rotation. The gap between the rotor and stator can be freely adjusted, allowing for various test data to be obtained in conjunction with adjustments to the rotation speed.
● Capable of high-speed rotation of stainless steel rotor up to 8000 rpm (colloid mill section).
● The rotor and stator are made of stainless steel (SUS304), providing excellent corrosion resistance.
● Disassembly and cleaning are very easy, preventing contamination.
● Equipped with a high-frequency motor that does not produce sparks internally. It also prevents motor burnout, making it maintenance-free.
● PWM frequency voltage variable control method using an inverter.
● Various sealing methods, such as mechanical seals and oil seals, are available based on application needs.
● Stator section includes a cooling jacket.
● Gap adjustment ranges from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm (adjustable in increments of 0.3 mm).
