Predictive maintenance with battery-less RFID temperature sensors.

The key to predictive maintenance lies in "temperature"! Detecting signs of failure without the need for wiring or battery replacement.

In manufacturing sites, unexpected equipment stoppages (downtime) represent the greatest loss. The experience of "it was working until yesterday..." is a common concern for many site managers. Limitations of Traditional Maintenance ■ Corrective Maintenance: Repairing after a breakdown. Production plans are disrupted, and repair costs soar. ■ Preventive Maintenance: Replacing parts at set intervals. Discarding still usable parts increases inspection labor. The future standard will be to "detect and address signs before breakdowns occur" = Predictive Maintenance. *For more details, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Printed circuit boards, various devices, communication equipment, industrial machinery, PCs, etc., repair and preventive maintenance.

Poor implementation, the device does not operate, error display, communication has become impossible... We will improve it.

Printed circuit boards can experience various issues due to component defects, aging deterioration, vibrations, temperature and humidity effects, and more. We identify the specific locations on the board where problems are occurring and repair them using our years of experience, extensive knowledge, and specialized equipment, from sourcing parts to replacement. If desired, we also offer preventive maintenance by replacing consumable parts. We can also repair patterns on boards that have suffered partial burn damage. Additionally, if you encounter issues with rework, such as needing to correct just one board, not having the manpower to dedicate to rework, or facing high difficulty levels, we can provide quick turnaround, high-quality repairs without discarding the board or components. Using IR equipment and rework tools, we can add and retrofit all types of components (LEDs, connectors, and all surface-mounted and through-hole components). Please feel free to consult with us.

The malfunction may be caused by humidity! For malfunction countermeasures and maintenance, G-Breath.

Even with a waterproof structure, the internal temperature can drop by just a few degrees, leading to high humidity and condensation. Are you using it beyond the specified humidity range of the product?

I never imagined that the cause of the malfunction would be "humidity"! The product has a waterproof structure with a specified humidity range of 20% to 80%. During daytime inspections, the internal temperature was 25°C and the humidity was 60%, which is an acceptable environment. However, it malfunctioned later. Upon investigating the cause, I found that the humidity inside had risen at night! Why? At a temperature of 25°C and humidity of 60%, the dew point temperature at which condensation begins is 16°C. Just a few degrees drop in temperature can lead to high humidity and condensation. (Relative) humidity % = Actual amount of water vapor in the air / Amount of water vapor that can be held in the air (saturated water vapor amount) x 100. The saturated water vapor amount in the denominator decreases as the temperature drops and increases as the temperature rises. Therefore, even if the amount of water vapor in the air does not change, if the temperature drops, the humidity will rise. Conversely, if the temperature rises, the humidity will drop, making it a phenomenon that is not easily noticed. The humidity inside the product fluctuates between medium to high humidity levels, potentially exceeding the specified humidity range of the product. Without knowing this situation, damage can occur, leading to sudden malfunctions (such as poor contact, power loss, decreased insulation resistance, etc.) one day. Especially in infrastructure facilities, a malfunction of just one piece of equipment cannot be overlooked. Problems can arise whether the humidity is too high or too low.
