[Case Study] Nice Pole/Slip Form Method

Introducing examples from a hardball baseball field in Kanagawa Prefecture and a chimney at the T Power Plant in Yamaguchi Prefecture!

We would like to introduce examples of the adoption of our "Nice Pole/Slip Form Method." In the renovation work (demolition and new construction) of an existing baseball field by Kawasaki City, a protective net pole was installed above the stands, reaching a height of approximately 30 meters above ground. This project is a two-phase construction, involving the manufacturing and installation of the poles and the complete work of net tensioning, among other tasks. Additionally, in the construction of an RC chimney at a coal-fired power plant, we adopted the "Slip Form Method," which is a safe and labor-saving method that allows for continuous construction of concrete walls. The height of the chimney is 165 meters, and the structure was constructed at a pouring height of approximately 2 meters per day. [Case Overview] <Nice Pole> ■Location: Kanagawa Prefecture, Todoroki Hardball Baseball Stadium ■Details: Protective net poles were installed above the stands, with a height of approximately 30 meters above ground. <Slip Form Method> ■Location: Yamaguchi Prefecture, T Power Plant Chimney ■Details: The chimney height is 165 meters, constructed at a pouring height of approximately 2 meters per day. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rooftop Waterproof Air Control

A waterproofing method that removes moisture and heat from the roof waterproofing layer, contributing to the longevity of the building and energy conservation!

"Rooftop Waterproofing Air Control" is a rooftop waterproofing method that achieves overwhelming ventilation capacity and can be used in conjunction with various existing waterproofing methods. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods that focus solely on "waterproofing ability," we have conceptualized the entire waterproof layer as a system and realized "breathable waterproofing" that efficiently expels moisture accumulated within the waterproof layer. It forcibly exhausts high-temperature, high-humidity air and condensation water with a ventilation capacity of up to 300m² per degassing unit. 【Features】 ■ Uses core cone ventilation material in the ventilation layer ■ Autonomous forced supply of fresh air ■ Improves the overall health of the building, including the waterproof layer ■ Achieves longer lifespan, enhanced comfort, and energy savings For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

【Pin Foundation Construction Example】A place where precious flora and fauna inhabit.

Simple foundation construction method for NETIS registration! Introducing examples of construction in areas where valuable flora and fauna inhabit.

We would like to introduce an example of the Pin Foundation method in a location where valuable flora and fauna inhabit. Conventional foundation methods, which involve excavating the ground and pouring large concrete blocks, cause significant environmental changes to the flora and fauna in the area. In our method, only small-diameter steel pins are driven in through a stabilizing block, so there is no alteration to the ecosystem of the valuable flora and fauna. [Case Study] ■ Okikubugawa Promenade (Okinawa Prefecture) ■ Structure: Effective width 1.2m, column pitch 2.5m ■ Materials used: ・Railing/Flooring/Structural materials: FRP ■ Foundation type: DP-100/DP-L/SP For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

【Pin Foundation Construction Example】Difficult-to-install locations in wetlands with standard foundations.

Simple foundation methods for NETIS registration! We will introduce examples of construction in areas where conventional foundations are difficult to install, such as wetlands.

Examples of the pin foundation method in areas where conventional foundations are difficult to install, such as wetlands. In soft ground areas like wetlands or lake regions, traditional concrete foundations may not be suitable, but the pin foundation method allows for very deep pin embedment, making it possible to accommodate such weak ground. Additionally, since there is no need for concrete pouring, it can be easily constructed even when water is present on the surface. 【Case Study】 ■ Hibikinada Biotope (Fukuoka Prefecture) ■ Structure: Effective width 1.5m, column pitch 3.0m ■ Materials Used ・Railing: FRP ・Decking: Recycled wood ・Structural material: FRP ■ Foundation Type: DP-75, SP *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

【Pin Foundation Construction Example】Locations where conventional foundations are difficult to install, such as sandy ground.

Simple foundation methods for NETIS registration! We will introduce examples of construction in locations where installation is difficult with conventional foundations, such as sandy ground.

Locations where it is difficult to install a standard foundation, such as sandy ground, are introduced with examples of the pin foundation method. When installing a standard concrete foundation, excavation of the ground surface is necessary. However, in sandy areas, even if excavation is performed, the sand will flow away, requiring a significantly larger excavation area compared to the size of the concrete foundation. In the case of the pin foundation method, it is very easy to install even on sandy ground, as it only involves driving pins through a stabilization block. 【Example】 ■ Kushira Town Nakayama Pond Park (Kagoshima Prefecture) ■ Structure: Effective width 1.5m, column pitch 3.0m ■ Materials used ・Railing: Jatoba wood ・Flooring: Ipe wood ・Structural materials: Bongoshi wood, Angelim wood ■ Foundation type: SP *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
