Salt damage resistance re-corrosion progression suppression type anti-corrosion coating method "Titan Coat"

Protects the anti-corrosion layer over the long term and maintains corrosion resistance! Reduces human and environmental impact.

The "Titan Coat," which has obtained NETIS registration, excels in long-term corrosion resistance for steel structures and realizes resistance to salt damage, safe and secure construction, shortened construction periods, and reductions in initial costs and life cycle costs (LCC). It is a re-corrosion progression suppression type (rust conversion type) coating that can be utilized as a painting system for extending the lifespan of bridges and similar structures. By processing the substrate with a surface preparation of at least Type 3 Keren B, it achieves rust prevention equivalent to the Rc-1 coating system. Since it does not require blasting treatment, it minimizes human and environmental impacts from dust and alleviates issues related to labor shortages. This method has accumulated over 1,000 construction achievements and is a rust conversion type anti-corrosion painting method called "Earth Coat," which adopts and inherits the same anti-corrosion substrate as its rust prevention layer while enhancing the durability of the protective layer. The protective layer uses inorganic fluororesin paint, forming a siloxane bond coating that excels in resistance to salt damage, achieving high durability with excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, bend resistance, and crack resistance. Additionally, it can reduce industrial waste disposal costs and temporary scaffolding protection costs. 【Features】 ■ No blasting treatment required ■ Achieves long-term corrosion protection ■ Possible to shorten construction periods to as little as 2 days ■ Expected durability of 64 years

BCJ evaluation acquisition Vertical self-weight support wire method_ All threaded to wire!

Replace vertical self-weight support with fully threaded bolts, allowing for construction with wires. With overwhelming workability and weight reduction, the efficiency of the entire process is improved, enhancing productivity.

Traditionally, it is common to use fully threaded rods for vertical dead weight support materials. However, in this method, by selecting an appropriate wire diameter according to the weight of the supported material, wires can be used as vertical dead weight support materials instead of fully threaded rods. This method has obtained general evaluation from the Building Center of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "BCJ") as the "Gripple Wire System - Vertical Load Support Method" (BCJ Evaluation - SS0062-1). Additionally, if seismic support is required, conventional seismic support construction must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for seismic design and construction of building equipment.

[Minister of the Environment Award] Prevention of Soil Erosion on Land Surfaces Using Soil Algae - BSC Method

A construction method that prevents surface erosion without the need for slope shaping. In recent years, efforts towards the SDGs and the conservation of the natural environment have become the responsibility of businesses.

BSC refers to a sheet-like colony of soil microorganisms formed by soil fungi, soil algae, lichens, and mosses that intertwine soil particles and clumps on the surface. BSC is a natural phenomenon observed at the beginning of vegetation succession and has the effect of preventing surface erosion. By promoting the early formation of BSC, it serves as an erosion control measure that utilizes natural phenomena and encourages vegetation formation through natural invasion. ■ Four Features of BSC Method 1. Simple and can be implemented without slope shaping 2. Promotes vegetation succession according to the surrounding environment 3. Avoids environmental impacts on native species, etc. 4. Prevents the expansion of erosion from rills For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Quick Cutter Method

Minimize the construction area and shorten the construction time! Introducing the construction methods we use.

The "Quick Cutter Method" is a technique for replacing manhole covers that involves attaching a circular cutter with a wireless camera to an excavator to cut asphalt or concrete pavement, using ultra-rapid hardening high fluidity non-shrink grout (AQC grout) as the restoration material. It can be mounted on a 0.1 to 0.2m (3t to 4t) class excavator with a coupler. (Breaker placement required) It can cut to a maximum depth of 500mm, making it suitable even for thick pavement. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with cutter lift speed and descent pressure adjustment functions ■ Circular cutting minimizes the construction area and shortens construction time ■ Can be operated while the excavator is loaded on a 4t flatbed vehicle ■ A wireless camera is mounted inside the cutter, allowing for quick and safe alignment checks on the monitor in the excavator's operator seat ■ Can cut near curbs due to its hanging design *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Dyed Q Technology Construction Case] Nitto Zinc Co., Ltd.

Revitalize the strength and appearance of aging factories with the Dye Q Technology reinforcement method!

We would like to introduce a case where the Dye-Q Technology reinforcement method was applied at Nitto Zinc Co., Ltd. At the company's manufacturing plant, the steel frames and roofing materials had deteriorated over many years of use, with rust and corrosion becoming prominent. Since demolition or new construction would require high costs and a long construction period, they were looking for a method to repair the facility in a short time while keeping the plant operational. Thus, they adopted the Dye-Q Technology reinforcement method, which allowed them to permeate new materials into the deteriorated areas and restore strength in a short period. Because the work could be done while the plant was in operation, they were able to minimize the impact on production. [Challenges] - The steel frames and roofing materials had deteriorated over many years of use, with rust and corrosion becoming prominent. - In particular, the external stairs had fallen below safety standards in terms of strength. - There was a need to ensure the safety of employees. - They were looking for a method to repair the facility in a short time while keeping the plant operational. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
