UNIVIEW LED is an LED manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Their main product is a sensor-integrated floor vision, and this time, we provided an interactive experience where stepping on the visuals displayed on the floor changes the world view. We prepared three types of world views: forest, ocean, and space, and handled everything from system design to CG creation and operation. "Photocatalyst" It may be something you are not familiar with. The term was first used in Japan over 100 years ago, in 1915. Since then, research has progressed step by step. The photocatalytic coating agent used by our company contains titanium dioxide, which is widely used in conventional products, as well as silver for deodorizing effects and copper, which is said to be effective against the novel coronavirus. Previously, the industry commonly followed a process where a binder, similar to an "adhesive," was sprayed first, followed by the photocatalytic coating. The drawback was that the construction took too long, but by incorporating "fluorine (Nafion)," we succeeded in establishing a long-lasting bond without adhesive. As a result, the time from construction to drying to handover has been reduced to as little as about one hour (depending on the area of application), making it possible to carry out the work during the 2-3 hour break between lunch and dinner for restaurants. This product is currently under patent application. The painting method has already been patented (Patent No. 6539370). It complies with the Food Sanitation Act and standards for food and additives (safety comparable to food wrap). Medical, childcare, and nursing facilities can also consider it with confidence.
