The raw materials are struck by the impact force of the rapidly rotating rotor and are crushed until they are smaller than the hole diameter of the screen. Specifically, coarse crushing and dispersion are performed by the protrusions of the inner rotor and the fixed plate, while the outer rotor and the screen add shear action to the impact force, simultaneously causing the raw materials to collide with each other and become finer. This process is repeated until they are smaller than the hole diameter of the screen, at which point they are discharged.
