Technology: Laser Cutting
We offer a wide range of services from small-scale prototypes starting from one unit to mass production processing!
The laser technology widely used in laser processing is typically CO2 lasers, which cover thin to medium-thick plates in sheet metal processing. However, at LaserX, we utilize various lasers, including CO2 lasers, YAG lasers, and fiber lasers, to accommodate a wide range of needs from small-scale prototypes of just one piece to mass production. By concentrating energy in a small area, we excel in achieving high-quality and high-precision cutting with minimal thermal deformation. We also have measuring equipment to measure cutting dimensions. The materials we work with range from metals like stainless steel, copper, and aluminum to non-metals such as resins, ceramics, glass, paper, and wood, selecting the appropriate laser wavelength for each material. For common materials like stainless steel SUS304, we accept processing including the material itself. Additionally, LaserX's equipment is equipped with cameras for positioning, allowing for additional processing at targeted locations. Trust LaserX for high-quality and high-precision cutting of various materials using lasers. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
