Seiko's fiber laser processing technology brings a revolution to the processing of angle materials (angle steel).
It enables notches that span the corners of angles, fine hole drilling, and free-form cutting, which were difficult with conventional angle cutters and general-purpose machines.
It accommodates various angles made of stainless steel (SUS), iron, and aluminum. Thanks to the non-contact, high thermal density processing unique to laser machining, even thick angles can be processed with minimal distortion, maintaining high-quality machining with right angles in the cross-section.
With an integrated in-house system, skilled workers directly weld and assemble the processed components, providing high-precision frames and structures as a total solution.
