Using this device, we will introduce the reaction results and experimental methods for the synthesis of 2-allylphenol via a Claisen rearrangement reaction using allyl phenyl ether as the starting material. 【Overview】 ■ Under the conditions of microwave output 100W and flow rate 0.5 mL/min, using N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as the reaction solvent (applied pressure ca. 1.7 MPa, ca. 290℃), the progress of the reaction was confirmed by TLC analysis, and the chemical structure of the product was determined by NMR analysis. ■ As a result, the disappearance of the starting material was confirmed, and the desired 2-allylphenol was obtained as the main product. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
