Company M, a manufacturer of wooden products, has a factory that produces items such as rackets and faced the challenge of needing to collect wood shavings generated during the manufacturing process. Therefore, dust collection was implemented during the process of making wooden products. Although the material transitioned from wood to carbon, dust collection continued for carbon as well. Eventually, they began producing golf clubs and snowboards, which generated dust and organic solvents, creating a need for dust collection, leading to the installation of dust collection equipment. Achieving extensive ventilation! We will introduce examples of push-pull installation.

Company T, which manufactures air conditioning equipment, faced challenges in creating a suitable painting environment due to the necessity of using cranes for painting large machinery, making it impossible to enclose the painting area. As a result, the painting conditions were poor. The only solution available was a "push-pull ventilation" system, but it was prohibitively expensive, preventing any progress on countermeasures. In response, our company adopted an "open push-pull type" system. Given the limited space, we designed and manufactured it to maximize the available working area on-site. As a result, the airflow was clean, and we successfully passed the inspection by the labor standards office without any issues. Introducing a case where a large painting booth was installed by renovating an existing room within the factory!

At Company T, which manufactures air conditioning equipment, painting of large special vehicles such as carrier cars is conducted within the factory, resulting in a constant presence of paint dust in the environment. Initially, employees wore masks while working, but following instructions from the supervisory office, the introduction of a painting booth became necessary. Therefore, we proposed a "sealed push-pull dust collection system" by renovating an existing room within the factory. After implementation, the factory environment was significantly improved compared to before the installation. Additionally, we were able to significantly reduce costs compared to the expenses of installing a large painting booth from a manufacturer, and we received very positive feedback. [Construction Example] Mist Collection for a Manufacturer of Engine Parts and Others

The number of mist collectors is determined by the amount of mist dispersed! A case study in precision machining.

At Company Y, a manufacturer of engine parts, there was a significant issue with mist floating in the air due to the lack of dust collection equipment, resulting in a very poor working environment. Workers would open doors, allowing the mist to drift into the neighborhood. To address this, two mist collectors were installed for six machine tools, and ducts were laid out. Flexible aluminum connections were used for the end connections to each machine to provide flexibility. After installation, the mist dispersion ceased, leading to an improved working environment within the company. With the ability to work with doors closed, the entry of outside debris decreased significantly.
