At Company B, a chemical product manufacturing company, the existing dust collector was aging, and there was a concern about wanting to reduce maintenance (such as the frequency of cleaning and replacing filter bags and the frequency of removing buckets). They introduced a "pulse bag filter dust collector" that allows for adjustable dust removal settings. Additionally, to make it easier to detach sticky dust, they installed a wet filter and modified the dust collector body to pull out the bucket from the front instead of the side, based on the installation conditions. As a result, most of the burrs are collected by the pre-dust collector, so only fine dust reaches the bucket of the pulse bag filter. At Company F, a foundry, epoxy resin is mixed with sand mold agents to make molding easier. Company S, which manufactures precision machined parts, produces sewing machine parts and precision machined components, with most of the manufacturing process involving manual polishing. Due to the highly adhesive dust, there was a problem with filters becoming clogged quickly. When highly adhesive dust adheres to the filter, it becomes difficult to remove it with pulses or other methods. Therefore, before collecting the adhesive dust, lime is introduced to create a thin film on the filter for dust collection. This allows for the easy removal of the adhered dust. Company T, which manufactures air conditioning equipment, faced challenges in creating a suitable painting environment due to the necessity of using cranes for painting large machinery, making it impossible to enclose the painting area. As a result, the painting conditions were poor. The only solution available was a "push-pull ventilation" system, but it was prohibitively expensive, preventing any progress on countermeasures. In response, our company adopted an "open push-pull type" system. Given the limited space, we designed and manufactured it to maximize the available working area on-site. As a result, the airflow was clean, and we successfully passed the inspection by the labor standards office without any issues. [Construction Example] Mist Collection for a Manufacturer of Engine Parts and Others

The number of mist collectors is determined by the amount of mist dispersed! A case study in precision machining.

At Company Y, a manufacturer of engine parts, there was a significant issue with mist floating in the air due to the lack of dust collection equipment, resulting in a very poor working environment. Workers would open doors, allowing the mist to drift into the neighborhood. To address this, two mist collectors were installed for six machine tools, and ducts were laid out. Flexible aluminum connections were used for the end connections to each machine to provide flexibility. After installation, the mist dispersion ceased, leading to an improved working environment within the company. With the ability to work with doors closed, the entry of outside debris decreased significantly.
