No vulcanization process, injection molding TPE (thermoplastic elastomer)

Injection molded TPE has over 20 years of proven experience! Since there is no vulcanization process, the production process is shorter.

Our company handles functional resin materials that combine the characteristics of rubber and resin, known as 'TPE (thermoplastic elastomer).' When heated, TPE flows like a thick liquid. By molding it with a plastic injection molding machine, parts that would typically require assembly of several components with other materials can be formed into a nearly finished product all at once, without the need for mixing or measuring. There is also no need for deburring. In rubber molding, a vulcanization (cross-linking) process was required separately, but TPE can achieve elasticity without vulcanization. This reduction in processes can lead to cost savings. 【Features】 ■ Lighter and more cost-effective than rubber ■ Shorter production process due to the absence of a vulcanization step ■ Alternative to rubber ■ Recyclable and environmentally friendly material ■ Easy to color *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
