We can handle processes such as decompression, filling, and pressurization through an automatic sequence. We also accept customization of sequences and hardware tailored to the user's needs.
We can design and manufacture various canisters (sealed containers/pressure vessels) to fit different sizes such as 20L containers in the size of a pail, 200L containers in the size of a drum, and 1m³ containers in the size of a container. They are also used for filling containers for liquid transportation related to semiconductors. The parts in contact with the liquid can be changed not only to stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L) but also to fluorine-based resin (PTFE). Since we design and manufacture in-house, we can freely customize for multiple types of filling, complex filling sequences, line switching, etc. We can also accommodate a variety of fillings and non-standard operations.
*Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if they are internationally certified for explosion protection such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
