The "Ultrasonic Testing Device for BP Materials" is a device that automatically detects internal defects in BP copper. It automatically inspects the workpiece set in a fixed position by a robot, and after the inspection is completed, it sends a signal to the robot to automatically carry out the workpiece discharge. The inspection is performed automatically based on a pre-set program. Additionally, this device uses five-channel testing probes, allowing for the inspection of the entire inspection surface at once. 【Inspection Specifications】 ■ By evenly distributing five ultrasonic probes and scanning the inspection surface in the X-Y axis direction, the entire inspection surface is tested. ■ Since the inspection is conducted while spraying water from the holder of the ultrasonic probe, post-inspection blow-off processing is simpler compared to fully immersing the workpiece in water for inspection. ■ The inspection results display the scanned area on the inspection monitor and determine the presence of defects based on pre-set criteria. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
