The "Cylinder Block Bore Ultrasonic Testing Device" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device for inspecting the cylinder block bore (the delamination of the copper and steel joint). It consists of an inspection section (ultrasonic testing section, mechanism section) and a water drainage section. The ultrasonic testing section is composed of an ultrasonic tester and a data processing computer, allowing for the setting of testing conditions, monitoring and saving results, and reading data. After fully submerging the workpiece in water for ultrasonic scanning in the mechanism section, the workpiece is automatically transported to the water drainage area, where air blow is applied from the top, bottom, and sides. 【Inspection Specifications】 ■ Ultrasonic testing is performed sequentially within each bore. ■ The ultrasonic beam is reflected at a 90° angle using a mirror mechanism attached to the tip of the probe to inspect the inner surface of the bore. ■ The ultrasonic probe mechanism rotates and moves up and down to inspect the front surface of the inner side of the bore. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
