The "Piston Pin Lip Area Eddy Current Testing Device" is a device that simultaneously inspects and detects surface open defects in the lip area and pin hole area of the piston using the eddy current testing method. Eddy current testing performs OK/NG judgment based on the threshold specified by your company, and the inspection data is automatically saved in the computer (file extension: CSV). If the inspection result is OK, the piston is discharged onto the OK work conveyor. If it is NG, the NG work conveyor extends out and discharges it separately. 【Inspection Specifications】 ■ Targets defects of 0.2 to 0.3 mm or larger ■ The inspection of the lip area is performed by rotating the piston and scanning the eddy current probe according to the shape of the lip area. ■ The inspection of the pin hole area is conducted by rotating a shaft with a mounted probe, moving the probe back and forth within the piston to inspect the entire surface of the pin hole. ■ The inspection results are displayed on the inspection monitor in a mapped format, and pass/fail judgment is made based on the settings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Cylinder Block Bore Ultrasonic Testing Device" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device for inspecting the cylinder block bore (the delamination of the copper and steel joint). It consists of an inspection section (ultrasonic testing section, mechanism section) and a water drainage section. The ultrasonic testing section is composed of an ultrasonic tester and a data processing computer, allowing for the setting of testing conditions, monitoring and saving results, and reading data.
