Confirmed that a large flock is formed, which is colorless and transparent, and can significantly reduce COD!
We would like to present the results of tests conducted on linen washing wastewater using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for adsorption, coagulation, and decomposition coagulation treatment.
By adding a pretreatment agent at 0.05% and the COD decomposer "NAS-01" at 0.05%, along with "TN315-T3" at 0.05%, we confirmed the formation of large flocs, resulting in a colorless and transparent solution that significantly reduces COD.
It is believed that by passing this treated water through an activated carbon adsorption tower, it can be reduced to below the target COD value of 30 mg/L.
【Experiment-1】
■ 0.25% and 0.5% of "NAC-01" were added to the raw water and stirred for 10 minutes.
■ Then, after adding 0.05% of "TN315NY-S1," strong stirring (1000 rpm) was conducted for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes.
■ The supernatant was analyzed as treated water.
