A tapered pipe is a piping product manufactured from steel plates, featuring a gradient and longitudinal weld seam, and refers to any product other than a reducer in the standards for welded pipe fittings. While reducers have specifications for product height (length) and step-down (the difference in diameters of the connecting pipes), there may be instances during piping installation where products with different heights or step-downs from the standards are required. In such cases, tapered pipes can be utilized. Short pipes can also be supplied with the necessary length and end processing for short steel pipe components required in piping design. These products contribute to reducing construction time and improving on-site construction efficiency for our customers.
Please consult us regarding diameter, plate thickness (product thickness), length, etc. Additionally, materials can be manufactured from carbon steel, high-strength steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum.
