Introducing our technical information! All 8 of our molding machines are capable of both vacuum forming and pressure forming.

We would like to introduce our technologies, "Vacuum Forming" and "Pressure Forming." "Vacuum Forming" is a molding method that uses air pressure to stretch a heated and softened plastic sheet and make it adhere closely to a mold. It is suitable for small-batch production of various types, and for example, egg cartons around us are made using this molding method. "Pressure Forming" is a method of thermal forming of sheets. After heating and softening a thermoplastic resin sheet, it is sandwiched between a lower mold and an upper pressure box, pressed to adhere to the mold, and after cooling, air is blown in to remove the formed product. It has the advantage of achieving higher pressure compared to "Vacuum Forming."
