The TK-927 series produced by Tienkan Co., Ltd. adopts a rotary table type with 12ST or 24ST to improve productivity (cycle time). It can uniformly foam and mold thermoplastic resins such as TPU, TPEE, PEBAX, PEBA, SEBS, and EVA at a low density with a foaming density of 0.12 to 0.25. With physical foaming, molding can be done without cross-linking, allowing for material reuse.
