By employing an outer sprocket drive method, it has become possible to have bottom loading and unloading with a single tower. Furthermore, the smaller inner diameter has successfully reduced space even more compared to conventional spiral freezers. It also supports flexible layout options, allowing us to propose solutions tailored to the customer's production site.
Increased hygiene with drumless and baffle-less design
The outer sprocket drive method has resulted in a drumless and baffle-less structure. This improves visibility inside the freezer, making inspection and cleaning significantly easier. When combined with the optional CIP cleaning, even more efficient cleaning is possible.
