Introducing heat treatment equipment that excels in aluminum casting sites. A hybrid heat treatment furnace that utilizes both "gas" and "electricity" as heat sources to achieve low carbon emissions.
【Features of Heat Treatment Equipment】
- Suitable design can be achieved according to the processing conditions of the workpieces (T-4, T-5, T-6, etc.) and processing volume.
- Compatible with various production methods such as batch type, continuous type, and basketless type.
- Capable of measuring the actual temperature of the workpieces.
- Supports hybrid heat sources.
【Proposing Suitable Heat Source Configuration】
For solution treatment, we use gas burners with high combustion capacity, and for aging treatment, we use electric heaters, forming a suitable heat source configuration. By maximizing the characteristics of each, we can achieve low carbonization (energy saving).
○ Batch Type Heat Treatment Furnace… Recommended for small quantities and various types
By combining solution furnaces, aging furnaces, traversers, and in/out conveyors, a highly flexible layout can be achieved. If the aging treatment time is longer compared to solution treatment, installing multiple aging furnaces can reduce waiting time.
○ Continuous Type Heat Treatment Furnace… Recommended for large quantities and few types
It is possible to combine traversers and create a return path, allowing installation that fits the factory layout. Installing "intermediate doors" inside the furnace can help mitigate temperature unevenness.
○ Basketless Type
By not using trays or baskets, unnecessary heat loss can be reduced.
