BM Series High-Temperature Box-Type Muffle Furnace

We have adopted a box-shaped structure that makes it convenient to load and unload materials. It is equipped with an air cooling system, allowing for rapid cooling and temperature rise management inside the chamber.

You can choose from three types with maximum temperatures of 1,200℃, 1,400℃, and 1,700℃. To maximize energy efficiency, high-purity fibrous alumina insulation material is used. It features a double-layer steel structure with a safe air-cooled fan that remains safe to touch on the outside of the furnace. The safety interlock mechanism automatically turns off the furnace power when the door is opened. Temperature management is achieved through PID control with 30 segments.
