Water-cooled incinerator "SKS-300A"

Water-cooled incinerator suitable for the incineration of plastics.

The "SKS-300A" is a water-cooled incinerator suitable for burning high-calorific waste such as plastics. Unlike brick-type incinerators, the water-cooled design prevents rapid temperature increases inside the furnace, making it less likely to experience oxygen deficiency and minimizing the emission of black smoke. Additionally, it can utilize hot water for factory heating, product drying, and boiler supply. By installing stainless steel pipes inside the water tank (optional), clean hot water can also be used for heating, thawing, and drinking. 【Features】 ■ Option: Reduces monthly fuel costs equivalent to about 7 drums and CO2 emissions equivalent to about 240 cedar trees. ■ Designed with a large inlet and ash outlet for convenience. ■ Dust collection secondary combustion chamber (PAT.2091447). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Water-cooled incinerator "SLS-500LA"

Water-cooled incinerator suitable for burning high calorific waste such as plywood.

The "SLS-500LA" is a water-cooled incinerator suitable for the combustion of wood chips, paper scraps, fiber scraps, and waste oil. Unlike brick-type incinerators, the water-cooled type does not experience rapid temperature increases inside the furnace, making it less likely to suffer from oxygen deficiency and minimizing the emission of black smoke. Additionally, the inlet (width 480mm, height 600mm) and ash outlet (width 350mm, height 500mm) are designed to be as large as possible, allowing for ash removal with a shovel. 【Features】 ■ Can load long items (up to 1350mm) at once (without cutting) ■ Option: Reduces monthly fuel costs by approximately 7 drums and CO2 emissions equivalent to about 2,930 cedar trees annually ■ Inlet and ash outlet designed to be as large as possible for convenience ■ Dust collection secondary combustion chamber (PAT.2091447) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The company had been conducting open burning, but due to stricter regulations, they decided to implement this solution. Since it complies with legal standards, incineration can be done safely, and the combustion is fully achieved with air from the blower, resulting in no running costs. Additionally, the wide feed opening and interior of the furnace make it easy to input scrap materials. 【Case Overview】 ■ Incinerated Material: Formwork Waste ■ Model: JK-700 Type (Brick Type) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
