Low-pressure carburizing or low-pressure nitriding treatment is also available as an option! BMI's vacuum heat treatment furnace.

Various vacuum furnaces tailored for different applications, ranging from parts and cutting tools for the aerospace and automotive industries, molds, and medical devices such as implants, to those for research institutions.

The OSG Group's Sanwa Seiki offers options for BMI's "Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace" according to the type of furnace. In addition to standard heat treatment, it is also capable of performing "special treatments" such as low-pressure carburizing and low-pressure nitriding. 【Options List】 All of BMI's high-temperature furnaces can be equipped with low-pressure carburizing (ALLCARB) as an option. The low-pressure vacuum furnace (tempering furnace) B5_R series offers an option for low-pressure nitriding. It uses a reduced-pressure ammonia-based nitriding atmosphere, allowing for stable nitriding treatment in a short time. Furthermore, with the ultra-low temperature treatment (COOL PLUS) option, it reduces residual austenite and stabilizes the parts both mechanically and dimensionally. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Uniform heat treatment anywhere in the furnace - Vacuum heat treatment furnace made by BMI, France.

The biggest feature is the cooling system. With its unique "full surround cooling system," it achieves a reduction in thermal processing distortion! Additionally, there are options for low-pressure carburizing and low-pressure nitriding treatments.

The "full-circle cooling system" is a system that spins a drum equipped with a rotating mechanism while introducing cooling gas, allowing for uniform cooling within the furnace. For more details, please refer to the related video below. The option for low-pressure carburizing (ALLCARB process) set for all high-temperature furnaces is an innovative process that uses unsaturated hydrocarbons as carburizing gas, with over 20 years of proven results. It functions effectively even under special conditions, such as carburizing stainless steel and structures with deep holes. The low-pressure nitriding treatment (ALLNIT process) available in the low-temperature heat treatment low-pressure vacuum furnace B5_R series uses a reduced-pressure ammonia-based nitriding atmosphere, achieving stable reproducibility. This nitriding treatment is effective for hot working tools (such as molds, punches, injection nozzles, etc.), cold working tools (such as shears, rotary combs, etc.), and cutting tools, particularly high-speed steel (HSS). Additionally, the low-temperature heat treatment low-pressure vacuum furnace B5_R series also offers an ultra-low temperature treatment option (COOL PLUS), which is effective in reducing residual austenite and stabilizing components.

[Melting Furnace Case] In-house production of test specimens and test pieces.

A melting furnace that can cast various shapes such as fracture test pieces, tensile test pieces, impact test pieces, luminescent spectroscopic test pieces, and other test pieces all in one machine.

The melting furnace for test specimens melts metals using induction (high-frequency induction heating) and then pours them into carbon molds, copper molds, or iron molds to shape them. By simply changing the molds, it is possible to produce test specimens of various shapes. It is also possible to manufacture from the chips generated during machining. All metals that can be melted using high-frequency induction heating or arc melting, such as iron-based and non-ferrous alloys, are included. Additional optional mechanisms can be installed according to the characteristics of other metals: - Vacuum pressurization during melting and pouring - Mold rotation - Inert gas replacement - Stirring in a vacuum - Addition of elements in a vacuum - Cooling mechanisms for molds - Arc melting 【Other Features】 - No need for large-scale capital investment: The compact size with caster mobility allows for use with only wiring and piping installation. - Flexible customization: We will conduct hearings regarding your desired metals, melting quantities, operations, and safety mechanisms, and propose appropriate equipment. We have many successful cases of custom machines, so please feel free to contact us. - Comprehensive after-sales support: We provide not only machine maintenance but also technical support in a partnership model after installation.
