This is a vertical enamel baking furnace for winding manufactured by NUOVA TECNO TA (NTT) in Italy. This new product has been realized by changing the design of the catalyst box, which is now equipped with a new catalyst plate called ECOPLATE. These changes enable compliance with the strictest pollution standards applicable worldwide, while also achieving a reduction in electrical energy consumption (the lowest consumption in the market). Of course, the advantages of reliability, ease of use, and low maintenance costs that DELTA FLAT offers are also inherited by EVO. Additionally, operation can be performed intuitively, and the installed PC allows for recipe registration of manufacturing processes (temperature, wind speed, etc.) for each type of product. The manufacturing data itself is displayed clearly in charts, and the temperature and wind speed at various locations during production can be monitored on the screen. Manufacturing data can also be automatically saved daily, making it very useful for development and later analysis. Notably, not only the manufacturing history but also the operation history is fully saved, allowing for a complete record of who made setting changes and what errors occurred.

A variety of options are available that allow for various heat treatments such as annealing and tempering, as well as vacuum nitriding, oxidation treatment, and sub-zero treatment, all in one machine!

The low-pressure vacuum furnace B5_R series for low-temperature heat treatment maintains a temperature distribution of ±3°C within the heating chamber. Its excellent thermal uniformity enables heating and cooling in a short cycle, contributing to high productivity and profitability. The low-pressure nitriding process (ALLNIT process) uses a reduced-pressure ammonia-based nitriding atmosphere, achieving stable reproducibility and short processing times. It is an option for the B5_R series with nitriding capabilities effective for hot working tools (molds, punches, injection nozzles, etc.), cold working tools (shears, rotary combs, etc.), and cutting tools, particularly high-speed steel (HSS). Additionally, the ultra-low temperature treatment option (COOL PLUS) is effective in reducing residual austenite and stabilizing components.
