A gearbox that allows for optimal selection with a rich variety of sizes and a systematic component configuration.
- Adopted a gear pressure angle of 25°
The typical gear pressure angle for general gear reducers is 20°, but the Paramax 9000 series employs a gear shape with a larger tooth root thickness of 25°, enhancing tooth root strength. It is a reducer with a high load capacity and strong resistance to impact loads.
- Achieved low noise through appropriate tooth shape correction and increased housing rigidity
In the Paramax 9000 series, in addition to appropriate tooth shape correction, a high-rigidity housing was adopted that minimizes deformation of the housing under load, as determined by FEM analysis. This ensures consistently good tooth engagement and achieves low noise levels.
- Adopted a new fan and cooling structure
The Paramax 9000 series features a newly designed cooling fan and airflow cover, allowing for a significant increase in thermal ratings. It can handle demanding conditions such as continuous operation with ease.
- Structure accommodating various installation orientations
A housing structure that can accommodate horizontal, vertical, and upright installations has been adopted. This allows for flexible responses to customer needs.
*Please specify the installation orientation when placing your order.
