We would like to introduce our processing achievements in "SUS Hopper/Shooter types." The design features a double structure, where pure water flows through the outer jacket to lower the temperature of the fluid entering the inside of the hopper, primarily used in chemical applications. The plate thickness is t1 for both inside and outside, and the hopper section is shaped into a conical form through manual processing. The seam is finished with manual grinding after melting welding (without pinholes or undercuts), which is crucial. After that, it is polished to a #400 finish.
