We would like to introduce a case that was consulted by a machinery manufacturer who has adopted our equipment multiple times. During the trial operation, the amount of raw material fed into the hopper was about half of its capacity, and there were no issues. However, once actual operation began, rat holes occurred, and they contacted us to implement measures using a blow disk. After reviewing the hopper diagram and powder samples, we provided information on the recommended model and configuration. We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" has been helpful in a manufacturing plant for grinding and polishing tools. The user consulted us about a bridge formation in the hopper of the powder feeder, which could not be resolved by the impact of a knocker or the vibration of a vibrator. First, we listened to the characteristics of the material and checked the hopper drawings. After that, we informed them of the recommended model and layout of our equipment and lent them a "Brodisk Mini." Turn on 8 Brodisks in pairs with a time delay! A case where the customer's issue was resolved without any problems.

We would like to introduce a case where a "blow disk" was installed in the hopper section of a dust collector at a recycling factory. The customer faced issues with the dust collector hopper, where a bridge (powder clogging) occurred above the discharge rotary valve during the crushing of gypsum boards. The square hopper retained powder in all four corners, leading to a blockage of the discharge section when the residual material fell all at once. We placed one blow disk (Type 15) slightly above the discharge section on each side, and additionally, one more of the same type of blow disk was positioned at the corners of the hopper above this, resulting in a total of 8 blow disks (2 per side).
