We received contact from a customer who has experience using our Broa Disk. They experienced a bridge in the hopper for fine flour, so they installed two of their available Mini Broa Disks. While there was some effect, it did not completely resolve the issue, and they inquired about the possibility of adding a few more units. They requested a loan of the additional units. It was noted that two units were already installed near the discharge area (which is an ideal position), and based on the situation during testing, we determined that it would be best to install four units directly above the existing ones and sent the necessary quantity. Installed two standard Brodisks and two Brodisk Minis! A case where the clogging was resolved.

We would like to introduce a case where we addressed a blockage at the bottom of an air transport hopper in a cosmetics raw material factory. The flowability of the raw material was not significantly poor, but the small diameter of the hopper discharge section, φ50, seemed to be the main cause of the blockage. To resolve this, we installed two standard blow discs slightly below the center of the hopper and two mini blow discs near the discharge section. As a measure against titanium dioxide bridging, it has been installed in the hopper of the air transport device. According to user experience, there are no particular issues with the bottom of the hopper, which is equipped with a sintered metal mesh strainer. However, to prevent bridging in the hopper above, a blow disk has been adopted. We would like to introduce a case that was consulted by a machinery manufacturer who has adopted our equipment multiple times. During the trial operation, the amount of raw material fed into the hopper was about half of its capacity, and there were no issues. We received a call from a customer saying, 'A bridge has formed in the cellulose fiber hopper, and there's nothing we can do about it.' After requesting the materials sample and drawings for confirmation, we found that although it was a challenging sample, there were similar conditions with proven results. We would like to introduce a case where a "blow disk" was installed in the hopper section of a dust collector at a recycling factory. The customer faced issues with the dust collector hopper, where a bridge (powder clogging) occurred above the discharge rotary valve during the crushing of gypsum boards. The square hopper retained powder in all four corners, leading to a blockage of the discharge section when the residual material fell all at once. We placed one blow disk (Type 15) slightly above the discharge section on each side, and additionally, one more of the same type of blow disk was positioned at the corners of the hopper above this, resulting in a total of 8 blow disks (2 per side).
