Rapid and clean loading onto trucks and freight cars. Applicable to various raw materials such as fertilizers! Exhibited at the International Powder Industry Exhibition Tokyo 2020!
Our company handles the "Powerless Drop Dust Suppression Hopper" manufactured by DSH Systems. It is suspended from the chute outlet and installed at an appropriate height above the truck bed or raw material storage area. The raw materials fed into the hopper are naturally agitated during the filling process, which removes air and allows for a strong cylindrical shape to be discharged from the hopper outlet, thereby suppressing dust emissions as they fall into the loading area. This eliminates the need to interrupt other operations within the factory during loading tasks and makes dust collection fans and chute drive devices unnecessary. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ No need for operating equipment and no internal moving parts ■ Protects employee health and safety ■ Dust suppression - cost savings on waste disposal ■ Mitigation of dust explosion risks ■ Savings on maintenance and cleaning costs ■ Improved visibility during work, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
