This is a hopper tank that can collect the dust that rises during powder loading when combined with a dust collector and air transport system.
- It is ideal for the introduction of lightweight powders that tend to disperse during loading. - It allows for reduced cleaning time after powder introduction and improves the hygienic environment of the workspace. - A large hood tailored to the hopper size efficiently collects dust. - The hood connects to a dust collector, and the discharge outlet (hopper drain) is used in conjunction with an air transport system. *Note: Dust collection cannot be achieved with this container alone. - It is made of all stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and hygienic. - The hood is detachable. - There is a workbench in front of the inlet where bags containing raw materials can be placed. - Measures against powder clogging (bridging and rat holes) can be implemented with the installation of a blow disc, knocker, or vibrator (custom orders available).
