We would like to introduce a case study on the use of network monitoring indicator lights that can quickly alert you to equipment abnormalities without the need for a PC. Although there were abnormal outputs from the machinery, the lack of a network environment and the high cost of network construction meant that the administrator had to conduct regular patrols. To address this, we introduced a stack light. It was installed in a location with a network environment, and the mirroring function was used to notify relevant departments of machine abnormalities.
