Case study: Lifting a historic building for renovation.

We will introduce examples of historic buildings whose foundations have been safely lifted and restored!

The renovation of a historic building in the capital of Georgia required lifting a 3.4-meter-high steel tower. To achieve this, a 16-point SyncLift system and 39 hydraulic jacks were used to synchronously lift the building onto the pylons. Pylons measuring 5.5 meters in length were driven into the concrete foundation from the first floor, with brackets and double-acting hydraulic jacks mounted on top of each pylon. Four threaded steel rods were passed through each pylon bracket and connected to the structure supporting the building's foundation.
