Of course, combinations of dome, low angle, and coaxial can be used for various applications depending on the combination of wavelengths. It is ideal for sharp edges of elongated workpieces. By adopting power LEDs, sufficient light output can be obtained even with indirect lighting. The LED mounting part is designed as a heat sink, allowing for use even in constant light.
Ultraviolet lighting enables inspections that are clearer than visible light.
It is ideal for inspecting fine scratches that are difficult to see with visible light, confirming the application state of adhesives using excitation of phosphors, and detecting foreign substances such as dust. A wide range of wavelengths is available, including 365nm, 375nm, and 405nm. Other wavelengths not listed here are also available. Irradiation in the same shape as visible light can also be produced. The UV-405NR with a peak wavelength of 405nm is sensitive enough for use with visible light cameras, so there is no need to prepare expensive ultraviolet cameras or lenses.

The IHM-V series features an even brighter narrow-angle illumination type high-brightness transmission lighting. It achieves chip-type transmission lighting that is low-cost, high-output, and lightweight. The model lineup includes five sizes of square approximate shapes ranging from small to large, as well as four sizes of rectangular shapes, totaling nine sizes. The available light colors are white, red, and blue. The narrow-angle illumination suppresses light spill, making it ideal for edge detection of cylindrical and glossy parts.

Lighting equipped with high-output UV LEDs optimal for exciting phosphors. Available in Long Type and Short Type to choose the irradiation distance. Standard wavelengths are 365nm and 385nm, with custom options available for 375nm, 395nm, 405nm, and others. Diffusion plates can be attached. As an option, diffusion plates/transparent plates compatible with ultraviolet light can be installed. Two types are available: a diffusion plate with a transmittance of 85% and a transparent plate with a transmittance of 100%.

High-brightness half-pipe lighting compatible with long lengths LED elements are arranged on the left and right inside the housing, allowing for uniform illumination of the workpiece by diffusing light through the internal diffusion dome. The uniformly diffused light enables the capture of images without shadows or unevenness during inspections of roll-to-roll films, printed materials, and parts with uneven shapes. For workpieces that are prone to halation on the surface due to material properties, it is possible to suppress halation and capture clear images. At 100% power dimming, the center illuminance at LWD 10mm exceeds 150,000 lx (this is not a guaranteed value). Ten sizes are available with opening lengths ranging from 124mm to 1024mm.
