Pulse Control LSI PCL6100 Series

Low-cost version compatible with servo motors

It is equipped with a pre-register (one stage), up/down counters and two systems of comparators per axis, linear interpolation function, encoder input, servo motor interface, etc., and has sufficient functionality to handle not only open-loop control but also general closed-loop control. By combining the pre-register and linear interpolation, it can continuously operate along a linear trajectory. The maximum output frequency can reach up to 15Mpps, and the up/down counter has also been upgraded to 32 bits, allowing for high-resolution control of long-stroke linear motors.
