We would like to introduce a case where the microwave level meter 'MWLM-PR26H7S' handled by Matsushima Majatech was introduced to a biomass plant chicken manure silo. With the existing level meter, there was constant accumulation of deposits even with a cleaning frequency of once a month. However, after switching to this product, the inside of the antenna after three months showed almost no deposits even without cleaning. By utilizing a PTFE-coated antenna, this product reduces deposits and takes advantage of water droplets from condensation to wash away deposits, thereby reducing cleaning work. [Case Study] ■ Issues - The existing level meter had deposits even with a cleaning frequency of once a month. ■ Introduced Product - Microwave level meter 'MWLM-PR26H7S' ■ Effects - Even without cleaning, water droplets were washing away the deposits.

However, since the sludge accumulates in the liquid, they are troubled by not knowing how to monitor it or what kind of measuring instruments to use... If the accumulated sludge cannot be measured... ● The quality of the treated water deteriorates, making reuse difficult. ● The rake experiences increased load and wears out. We want to find a way to solve these challenges! The solution to these concerns is the "sounding type level gauge (weight type level gauge)." The sounding level gauge (Sounding M's) suspends a detection weight at the end of a wire, and by moving the weight up and down, it detects the distance to the accumulated sludge. The weight reliably detects the accumulated sludge without being affected by the resistance of the water.

Non-contact microwave level switch for level measurement, ideal for measuring challenging materials such as waste, coal, and gravel.

For example, if you want to measure the waste in a garbage pit, have you ever encountered issues such as, "The specific gravity of the waste (for example, paper waste) is light when it is in a rotating state, causing the blades to not stop, and it could not be detected..." or "The detection unit inside the pit was damaged by falling objects..."? Our microwave level switch model MWS can detect the measurement object even if its size is not uniform, as it receives microwaves emitted from the transmitter and detects when the measurement object interrupts the signal. (It does not respond to objects that are falling.) Additionally, it can measure with minimal influence from adhesion to the emitting surface or dust.
