Even if the internal lighting power supply of the microscope is broken, it can be converted to LED and used with an external power supply. It can also be used with older models for which the manufacturer's maintenance has ended!
If you send us the lamp house or lamp socket, we will convert it to LED and return it along with a dedicated power supply.
<Features of our LED conversion>
- We use a variable DC voltage power supply that is "gentle on the eyes and does not cause fatigue," making it ideal for photography and image processing.
- It has a built-in protection circuit for overvoltage and overcurrent, allowing for safe use.
- We use high-brightness LEDs, heat dissipation methods, and power supplies that can withstand long hours of inspection work.
- The lamp house is precisely modified to install the LED and heat sink.
- It covers the entire field of view without uneven lighting from low to high magnification.
- The meter on the power supply unit allows you to always check the status of the power supply and LED.
- The lighting color is almost the same as when using a blue filter on a halogen lamp.
- Most microscopes have no issues with the optical system, and over 90% of failures are due to the lighting power supply, allowing continued use with LED conversion.
- Conversion is possible from a 6V15W lamp to a 24V150W halogen lamp, and even to a 100W mercury lamp for fluorescent microscopes.
- The lifespan of the LED is approximately 10,000 to 30,000 hours.
