The CSD15380F3 is a 20V, 990mΩ, N-channel FemtoFET MOSFET designed and optimized to minimize footprint for many handheld and mobile applications. Due to its very small capacitance, it can perform switching at high speeds. When used in data line applications, its low capacitance helps minimize noise coupling.
