The material used is MC Nylon, with an outer diameter of Φ300mm, a drill hole of Φ4.1mm, and a V-groove of Φ10.1mm. The CAD/CAM used is MasterCAM2024. MC Nylon, solid, machining

We handle solid sheets and blocks of MC nylon. We manufacture them from solid material using milling machines and machining processes.

MC nylon is a resin with high mechanical strength, and we can procure materials from several manufacturers. We handle a large volume in machining and also accept orders for jigs. Since it has water absorption properties, care must be taken as there is a possibility of dimensional variation.

We have made it as thin as 0.02mm ± 0.003mm through cutting processes alone, and further finished it with tight fit tolerances of hole H6 (+0.008/0) and shaft h6 (0/-0.008). Additionally, because the thickness has been reduced to 0.02mm, any slight misalignment during setup can cause it to tear immediately.
